The Museum is located on the fifth floor of the cultural centre Portalea. The building Portalea is the premises of the former arms manufacturer Aguirre y Aranzabal "A.Y.A." which is now situated in the town centre, near the church of San Andrés.
Disabled:
The Museum guarantees access to those visitors with impaired mobility.
Vehicle access:
The Museum does not have its own parking facilities. If visitors choose to come in their own vehicles, there are two car parks nearby.

Opening hours:
- From September to July: 16.00 - 20.00.
- August: 10.00 - 13.30.
Closed:
Every Monday, 1st January, 19th to 24th March, 1st May, 24th and 25th June, every weekend from 28th June to 8th September, 25th and 31st July, 15th August, 30th November and 24th, 25th and 31st December.

Prices:
- General: 3,00 euro
- Discount: 1,50 euro (pensioners, unemployed and students under 26 years of age). Cards must be shown.
- Free of charge: Children under 7 years of age and Museum Day (every Thursday).
Groups:
- Discount: 2,00 euro / per. (+ 8 persons)
- Free of charge: Primary & Secondary schools in Eibar.
Guided visits (in addition to entry fee):
18,00 euros (18 persons approx. maximum ).
